Broken Or Damaged Package Policy

We take great care and pride in packaging your order securely, but accidents can happen during shipping.

What to Do:

If your order arrives broken or damaged you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Email us at luxelavishco.support@gmail.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Photos of the damage

   • A photo of the packaging

Resolution:

• We will offer to file for a refund via USPS website on your behalf. 

• It is recommended to reach out to USPS yourself as customers have a faster response time from USPS.
